Media Awareness Network and Equal Voice, a group dedicated to ensuring more women are elected to every level of government in Canada, have developed lessons that address media representation of gender in politics. The new resources, for Grades 7 - 12, are part of the Experiences project, initiated by Equal Voice's National Capital Youth Chapter, to identify and sensitize young woment to gender bias in media.
