"It takes a whole community to raise a child"
School is one part - let's work together.
"Together we are strong"

The aim of johnson Elementary School is to join with the parents, the students, the staff and the community to help develop the whole child to the extent of his/her abilities, so that he/she may become a productive, responsible, and self-reliant member of society while leading a personally rewarding life in a changing world.

To accomplish our Mission, we set goals and organize activities in the belief that:

  • Parents are the children's primary teachers; schools build on their work.
  • Learning requires the active participation of the student.
  • People learn in a variety of ways and at different rates.
  • Learning is both an individual and a group process.
  • Learning can only take place when the learners are responsible and all members treat each other with respect.
  • Everyone can learn.
