White Pass Home Page

The White Pass re-opened for passenger service in between Skagway and Bennett in 1988. It continues to provide service for tourists. In 1999, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the White Pass, a train ran from Whitehorse to Carcross for the first time since before 1982. A railway cart was bought to run from the White Pass Station to Rotary Park in Whitehorse, a distance of about a kilometre.
