Eagle looked down and saw salmon. Eagle swooped down and snatched salmon. Hawk was angry and had to go home hungry. The same thing happened the next day and the next.
Hawk was getting very mad. So the next day hawk got a special potion that only he knew about.
ÝÝÝÝ Hawk went to salmon and said, "Salmon please drink some of this potion and then swim down the stream."
ÝÝÝÝ Salmon did as he was asked. The same thing happened, eagle saw Salmon and ate him, but little did he know that the potion that Salmon drank made Eagle's feathers fall out. Eagle flew to a tree and within 10 minutes all eagle's feathers fell out. All his feathers grew back over time, except for the ones on his head. That's how eagles came to be known as Bald Eagles.
