ннн Once in a forest lived some grizzly
bears and some black bears. Grizzly bears liked to steal
food from animals, especially from black bears.
нннн One day the grizzly bears were out of food and didn't
know where to find any. So three bears decided to steal some food from
the black bears. They went to where the most food was and they made sure
nobody was watching. They had to climb a mountain. When they reached a
cave on the mountain they saw a lot of food. They saw the sweetest berries
and honey. They ate and ate and ate.
нннн When they were done they walked out of the cave
and down the mountain like they didn't do anything. Little did they know
the ruler of the forest was watching them. When the three bears got down
the mountain the ruler of the forest greeted them. The bears were frightened.
The ruler was very unhappy and he said, "You stole food from the black
bears."
нннн They said, "How do you know it was us, it could
have been those other three greedy black bears."
нннн "Hmmmm," pondered the forest ruler. "I guess you
could be right. So from now on you grizzly bears will have a hump on your
back so I know who is eating the food."
нннн The grizzly bears never stole again and still have
humps on their back today.
