Beaver thought he was the best at cutting trees, so he decided to cut a size he had never cut before. He went to find a huge tree. When he found a big tree he asked everyone to come and see the tree he was going to cut.
ÝÝÝÝ Then the wisest beaver said, "That tree is too big. It might fall on you!î
ÝÝÝÝ Beaver just laughed and said, "It might fall on you but it won't fall on me because I'm the best tree cutter!" said beaver.
ÝÝÝÝ The contest began and they chewed and chewed, until beaver finally finished chewing. Then by accident he knocked the tree towards himself. He started to move out of the way when he got his foot stuck in a gopher hole and the tree fell on his tail. That's how beaver got a flat tail.
