Does the site give you the information that it said it would? YES NO

Is the purpose of the site clear to you? YES NO

Is the information mentioned on any other sites? YES NO

Do you know who created the site? YES NO

Has the developer created any other sites? YES NO

Does it tell you when was the site created? YES NO

Does it tell you when was the site last updated? YES NO

Is the information non-stereotypical? Stereotypical means an idea that is not necessarily related to the truth. YES NO

A good web site's url. usually ends with either .edu or .gov. Keep in mind that .gov stands for government and .edu stands for education. Does your site finish with any of the proceeding? YES NO

Does the site have any spelling errors? *Usually that is a sign of false information.* YES NO

If there is advertising on the site, is it related to the information on the site? YES NO

Does the site include any other information on the author other then email? *Email isn't enough.* YES NO

Does the site show you the information that you were expecting? YES NO

Is there more then one opinion on the site? YES NO

Does the author of the site tell you who he/she is? YES NO
