 Hello my name is Shaun and I am 12 years old. I live in Whitehorse,Yukon, Canada.

I am very athletic and I am in gymnastics. I train around 16 hours a week. I also like playing volleyball, badminton, soccer, basketball, tennis, rollerblading, swimming and biking.

I go to Whitehorse Elementary School and I am in grade 7 and my teacher is Sofie. Our class theme is monkeys. Our class name is Maurice's Monkeys. We have decorated our class with monkeys hanging off the roof.

Gymnastics This monkey is doing a handstand. I picked this picture because I do gymnastics and handstands are part of gymnastics. I have been in gymnastics since I was in grade three. I have been to lots of competitions and it has been very fun. Last year I went to two competions in Vancouver. The first one was called Twisters and it was really fun. I did well at that competion. My other competion was called Westerns. Westerns is a competition for all of Western Canada. Its from level 4 and up. In the Yukon there are only 8 boys in gymnastics and lots of girls

  Bonjour, je m'appelle Shaun et j'ai 12 ans. Je vis à Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Je vais à l'école Whitehorse Elementary . C'est une école d'immersion. Cette année toutes les classes ont choisi un nom pour leur classe. Ma classe s'appelle Les Singes de Sofie. On a beaucoup de singes sur le plafond.

Je pense que c'est une bonne idée parce que les petits aiment vraiment ça.

Je suis vraiment athlétique. Je fais de la gymnastique. J'ai commencé en troisiéme année. L'année dernière je suis allé à la compétition Twisters, c'était vraiment fun. L'autre était Westerns. C'est une compétition pour tout l'ouest du Canada pour les niveaux 4 et plus. J'ai eu 6e position.
