All About Me Unit Learning Outcomes:
connect oral language with print and pictures.
make connections among sounds, letters, words, pictures and meaning.
identify some personal characteristics that make the self both similar as well as different
learn French language vocabulary: Je suis une fille, Je suis un garcon etc.
share information about ourselves and others.
follow a sequence of steps to preform a task using information technology tools.
use information technology tools to organize information.
use graphics program (Kid PIX) tools to create picture of self and typing tool to enter appropriate information about self in French.
save to file server.
access other students files on server and combine pictures into a slideshow using Kid PIX 3 using sounds, images and transitions.
create multimedia presentation to demonstrate their learning.
